By accessing or using any service offered by TrunkFill Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of the United States. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using TrunkFill Store's services. Any individual who accesses the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity affirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use TrunkFill Store's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, unless TrunkFill Store has granted you explicit written authorization to do otherwise. The following activities are prohibited:

Product Information and Pricing

TrunkFill Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variability — such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials — minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may be present. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; TrunkFill Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by TrunkFill Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on TrunkFill Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "TrunkFill Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of TrunkFill Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any TrunkFill Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) submitted to our platforms may be used by TrunkFill Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify TrunkFill Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for ensuring that third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrunkFill Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. TrunkFill Store is not liable for failures or delays in service resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TrunkFill Store's services shall first be submitted to TrunkFill Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

TrunkFill Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using TrunkFill Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
